Return Policy:

If you have a problem with your order, please contact hello@purpleandpine.com. The return package must be postmarked back within 7 calendar days of delivery in order to receive a refund. Once received, a refund will be issued within 1 week. If an item is returned after the seven day timeframe, a store credit will be issued. 

An item may be returned if it is sent back:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• With original tags & packaging
• Free of damage

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. 

Shipping:

USA orders over $50 receive free standard shipping. 

You can expect orders to ship within 2 business days. 

Standard delivery can take 3-5 business days. 

All orders are shipped via USPS. Purple & Pine is not responsible for deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer. Purple & Pine is not responsible for lost of stolen packages. At this time international shipping is not offered.
